Bri Crane

Bri Crane brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, beginning her career with the consulting firm CCS Fundraising. Before joining the AP Fund for Journalism, she played a pivotal role in expanding the individual giving program at Feeding America, the nation’s largest hunger-relief organization.
Bri is passionate about building meaningful donor relationships in support of critical missions and champions trust-based philanthropy to drive sustainable impact. She holds a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and previously served as a longtime disaster response volunteer and instructor with the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago.
She lives on Chicago’s North Side near Wrigley Field and remains a loyal fan of her beloved Chicago Cubs.
