Catherine Henderson

Catherine manages the implementation of impact frameworks and data tools across APFJ’s journalism projects. She works closely with editorial, digital and development teams to translate impact data into compelling narratives about journalism’s reach and results. 

Before joining APFJ, Catherine worked as a program coordinator and journalism safety trainer at the International Women’s Media Foundation. She previously reported at Business Insider and interned at The Denver Post and Chalkbeat. Catherine holds an MS and BS from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and is based in Chicago.
